The operator Rostelecom, through its subsidiary Netris, acquires 51% of LLC Forkam, a provider of software solutions for housing and utilities management. The company owns software for accounting, planning and maintenance of municipal infrastructure facilities, control of contractors' work, and inventory of housing and communal services.
