Buybacks

Rosneft continues to repurchase its shares and, between July 13 and 17, acquired 85 thousand more ordinary shares and 522,586 global depositary receipts. The value of the repurchased shares is approximately $3.2 million. To date, the company has bought 18,814,470 ordinary shares and 20,595,738 GDRs under the $2 billion buyback program, which is expected to last until the end of 2020.
