Rosneft temporarily restricts the production of its subsidiary RN-Sakhalinmorneftegaz due to the need to implement the OPEC+ agreement. The temporary restriction will be used to implement a major infrastructure project. Rosneft is actively considering the possibility of constructing an alternative pipeline to sell RN-Sakhalinmorneftegaz products due to the worn-out Okha-Komsomolsk-on-Amur main pipeline.
