Government support

Rostelecom and the Russian government signed an agreement on the development of new Internet communication technologies, including state support for domestic companies working in this area. The parties will develop a road map that will include targets for production and sales of products manufactured using Russian technologies in this area, as well as Russian companies that claim state support. The estimated budget is ₽260 billion, including ₽52 billion budget funds.
