Courts and disputes

The Federation Council may apply to the General Prosecutor's Office to investigate the accident at CHPP-3 in Norilsk and assess the environmental situation with regard to the impact of MMC Norilsk Nickel as a whole. This proposal was made by Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko at a meeting of the Chamber.
