In order to improve the efficiency of risk management, MMC Norilsk Nickel established a new Risk Committee. It will be headed by Vladimir Potanin, President of the Company. The vertical risk management structure will unite all levels - from the foreman to the President of the Company. In addition, an Environmental Department has been created, whose duties include interaction with all departments of the company in order to reduce negative impact on the environment.
