Facebook has filed a lawsuit against the EU authorities for intrusion into the privacy of employees. During the antitrust investigation, the regulators requested documents from the company containing about 2,500 key words and phrases such as "big question", "close", "not suitable for us" and the like. The company believes that these phrases are too general and could lead to leaks of employee personal information. Facebook also seeks a court order to suspend such data requests until the court rules on the merits.
