NorNickel will divide the Group's entities into three divisions - Norilsk, Kola and Zabaikalsk. The divisions will be responsible for the production process and infrastructure facilities, as well as for financial performance and risk management within their perimeter. The structures will include entities in the regions that perform not only production, but also support functions not related to the main production.
