Mosenergo is considering selling 3.9% of OGK-2 shares from its balance sheet, said Denis Voronchikhin, head of the Investor Relations Department. He noted that the decision has not been taken yet, and the dividend yield of OGK-2 shares for 2019 was 9.5% for the company, which is not a bad rate. Last year, Mosenergo and OGK-2 closed a deal to sell their treasury shares to each other. OGK-2 sold about 4.3 billion of its shares or 3.889% of the authorized capital, while Mosenergo sold about 140 million of shares.
