Retirements and appointments

Rostelecom shareholders approved the composition of the Board of Directors. New members of the Board of Directors were Dmitry Chernyshenko, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, Andrey Kostin, Head of VTB, Anton Ustinov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sogaz, as well as Elena Shmeleva, Co-Chairman of the ONF Central Staff and Head of the Sirius educational center.
