The Moscow Exchange has started publishing the index of Moscow residential real estate, calculated on the basis of data from the service of Sberbank - "DomKlik". Later it is possible to launch futures contracts for a new indicator. Developers will be able to hedge market risks using futures, and financial companies will be able to create new structural products that will help private investors to save on real estate or on the initial mortgage payment.
