Business growth

PIK Group will build a large residential district on 775,500 square meters at the intersection of Ozernoi and Nikulinskaya streets in western Moscow. It is planned to build about 600,000 sq. m. of housing, 132,000 sq. m. of commercial real estate and 36,000 sq. m. of social facilities on the territory with the total area of 72 ha. About 131,000 square meters of industrial and production buildings will be demolished as part of the project. Investments in the project may amount to about ₽50 billion.
