Business ownership structure

On August 11, Moscow Exchange-controlled OOO MICEX-Finance acquired 63,514 ordinary shares of the parent company, increasing the number of its securities to 22.025 million. The day before MICEX-Finance sold 70 thousand ordinary shares of the Moscow Exchange.
