The Moscow Exchange can already next year create a service on primary placement of ZPIF units. The initiators were management companies, which plan to issue and actively promote closed real estate funds to the mass private investor. The service of exchange placement of ZPIFs will make rent real estate funds a truly mass product: they can be purchased through an ordinary brokerage account, while at present such a product is not available to everyone.
