Mechel will not yet be able to buy back its shares at the request of its shareholders. The Group is included in the list of entities subject to a moratorium imposed by the government until 06.10.2020. During the period of the moratorium, the debtor companies are prohibited from buying their securities. "Mechel will fulfill its obligations to repurchase its shares after 06.10.2020.
