Rostekhnadzor demanded that the operation of the Lukoil-Komi pipeline be suspended due to technical violations. In connection with the threat to life, health and the environment, a protocol on administrative violation under part 1 of Article 9.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation was drawn up. The materials have been sent to the Ukhta City Court for decision on suspension of the pipeline operation.
