Rostelecom, together with Waves Enterprise, is developing a remote electronic voting system - DEG, ordered by CEC. It is based on comprehensive research, including a block-platform, which is included in a single register of Russian software. According to the CEC decision, the DEG will be used at the September 13 by-election of deputies to the State Duma of the seventh convocation in Kursk and Yaroslavl regions.
