Dividends

Gazprom Neft plans to pay dividends for 9 months instead of semi-annual, because the net profit for the first half of the year is small enough and the amount of dividends for 6 months, if paid, would be symbolic. The company also intends to make certain adjustments in the calculation of profits for dividend payments.
