VTB will reduce the amount of special dividends as part of the transfer of assets to Promsvyazbank to ₽4.4 billion from the previously announced ₽6.3 billion. The decrease in the amount of payments is due to the inclusion of guarantees on the transferred assets by the Central Bank, which has reduced the amount of necessary reserves and, consequently, the amount of capital to be transferred to Promsvyazbank after the assets.
