Buybacks

Between 17 and 21 August, Rosneft acquired 10,000 ordinary shares and 169,196 GDR during the buyback process. The value of the repurchased securities is approximately $0.9 million. Since the start of the buyback program, the Company has acquired 22,239,160 ordinary shares and 22,755,894 GDR.
