The structure of the virtual cellular operator Danycom has filed a lawsuit against Mosburg. The Company considers it unreasonable to transfer its bonds from the innovation and investment market to the high-risk sector. As a result, it suffered financial losses and loss of business reputation in the investment community. In court, Danycom intends to seek exclusion of its securities from this sector.
