Dividends

Rostelecom will consider the issue of dividend payments twice a year, but only after it has completed the payment of dividends for 2019. In August 2020 Rostelecom decided to pay a dividend for 2019 in the amount of 5 rubles per each ordinary and preferred share. The total amount was ₽17.5 billion, or 77% of the free cash flow for 2019.
