Mechel was able to meet the issuer's obligations to the holders of equity securities due to the moratorium on bankruptcy. The Company is obliged to repurchase 10.8 million shares at the price of ₽80.57 for the total amount of ₽870.48 million after the moratorium was lifted on October 6, 2020.
