VTB Group acquired 10% of JSC Verkhnekamsk Potash Company (VPC) in Perm Krai, which is implementing the Talitsky potash project. In turn, Sberbank reduced its stake from 39.9% to 29.9%, while at the same time extending its participation to 7 years. The structure of VPC's shareholders is as follows based on the results of the transactions: Acronit holds a 50%+1 share. 29.9% is held by Sberbank Investments LLC, 10.1% by Otkrytie Finansovye Investitsy ZPIF, and 10% by VTB Group.
