Silicon Motion Technology extends its share buyback program for 12 months. The current 2-year $200 million program was announced on November 21, 2018. As of Q3 2020, 2.4 million ADRs have been repurchased for $84.8 million, which is equivalent to approximately 7% of the total outstanding shares.
