Sakhalinenergo's Board of Directors set the price of 1.6 billion ordinary shares of the Company by public subscription at ₽10.00 per paper. The shares may be paid for in cash or by ordinary shares of Sakhalin Energy Company or by property of the off-site facility of Sakhalinskaya GRES-2 "Scheme of power supply".
