Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Government of Murmansk region and NWPC JSC, the included in Acron group, signed an agreement on protection and encouragement of capital investments under the project on increase of apatite concentrate production capacity by means of ore extraction from the underground mine in Kirovsk, Murmansk region. The project includes the construction of the second stage of the Oleniy Ruchey mine and is designed to produce up to 1.9 million tons of apatite concentrate a year. The investments will amount to ₽17.745 billion.
