Allegro, a joint venture between Evraz and Rail Service, has started the construction of a factory for the production of railway wheels on the territory of the Titanium Valley Special Economic Zone in the Sverdlovsk region. Investments amount to approximately ₽16 billion. The capacity of the new enterprise is 200 thousand wheels per year with the possibility of increasing it to 300 thousand.
