Samsung Electronics' board of directors decided to maintain the basic parameters of its dividend policy for 2021-2023. The company will continue to allocate 50% of its free cash flow to dividends, increasing them to ₩9.8 trillion a year. After the end of the three-year period, Samsung will pay a special dividend to shareholders within the remainder of the free cash flow.
