The Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan approved the ₽1.3 billion fine for Nizhnekamskneftekhim imposed by the FAS for violations in the synthetic rubbers market. The company violated the antimonopoly legislation: it imposed unfavorable conditions, set different prices for the same product and created discriminatory conditions when concluding contracts for the supply of synthetic rubbers with OOO TD Kama, a member of Tatneft Group.
