Patrick Industries has completed its acquisition of Tumacs Covers, a manufacturer of boat covers and canvas frames. Tumacs Covers owns manufacturing facilities in Indiana and Pennsylvania, as well as a service center in Michigan. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
