AngloGold Ashanti acquires the remaining 80.5% of the common stock of Corvus for $370 million. The company is exploring and developing gold deposits and owns gold projects at the North Bullfrog, Lynnda Strip and Mother Lode mines in Nevada. The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2022.
