Nestlé has launched two new plant-based products. The first is Garden Gourmet vEGGie, an egg substitute containing soy protein and omega-3 fatty acids. It can be used as a regular egg in frittatas and pancakes or as an ingredient in baked cakes. The second product is made from a combination of seaweed, peas and congee root Garden Gourmet Vrimp is an alternative to shrimp. It is suitable for salads and can also be used in fried dishes, pasta dishes or as a pizza topping.
