Greenlane acquires DaVinci, a company that designs and manufactures innovative vaporizers. The company's line of devices includes the world's smallest device - MIQRO, as well as IQC with a patented mouthpiece ShareSafe made of antimicrobial polymer approved by the FDA. The deal is scheduled to close in Q4 2021. Its terms were not disclosed.
