Russian government will restrict exports of nitrogen and complex fertilisers in the period from December 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022. For nitrogen fertilisers, the restrictions will be no more than 5.9 million tonnes, and for complex fertilisers no more than 5.35 million tonnes. The authority to distribute volumes among the exporters will be given to the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Agriculture. The Ministry of Industry and Trade is tasked to distribute quotas among exporters by November 25.
