Beacon Roofing Supply sold its Solar Products solar panel business to BayWa. The deal includes four specialty and six general branches through which the company distributes panels to both residential and commercial customers. Beacon Solar Products had net revenues of approximately $111 million for fiscal year 2021, net income of $2.6 million and adjusted EBITDA of $3.7 million.
