Cherkizovo Group acquires the remaining 50% in Tambov Turkey LLC from its shareholder Italian Grupo Fuertes. The company produces turkey products under the Pav Pav brand. The company will pay for the block with the shares from the earlier planned additional issue in the amount of 10,3 mln. securities. The offering price of the shares will be determined on December 15. The deal is scheduled to close in Q1 2022.
