Kansas City Southern shareholders approved the merger with Canadian Pacific. Kansas City common stockholders will receive 2.884 shares of CP and $90 for each of their shares, while preferred stockholders will receive $37.5 per share. The transaction is scheduled to close on December 14, 2021.
