Retailer Magnit will build a berry production facility on the basis of Tikhoretsky greenhouse complex. The area of the complex will be 16 hectares, which will allow to grow 1,229 tons of strawberries and 95 tons of blueberries annually. Construction will start in 2022 and the opening is planned for 2023.
