O-I Glass is selling tableware manufacturer Cristar TableTop SAS for $95 million. The deal is scheduled to close in the first half of 2022. Cristar is one of the non-core assets that O-I Glass intends to sell by 2024. The company expects the non-core divestment program to bring in a total of $680 million, which will be used to reduce debt and fund new projects.
