Lithium Americas has completed its acquisition of Millennial Lithium, which operates a lithium mining business in Argentina. Lithium Americas paid $400 million, or C$4,701 per share, of which C$4.7 the company paid in shares and C$0.001 in cash. Millennial shareholders now own about 9.1% of Lithium Americas.
