MC Arsagera filed a lawsuit against BM Bank to recover losses incurred as a result of underpricing the buyback of Vozrozhdenie securities from shareholders who did not agree to the conversion of their stakes into BM Bank shares. As part of the buyback procedure, Vozrozhdeniye's preferred shares were valued at ₽291.8 per share. However, the experts contacted by the management company concluded that the market value of the securities was ₽786.5 per share.
