Chevron and Bunge have signed a definitive agreement to form a joint venture to produce feedstock for renewable fuels. Bunge will commit its soybean processing facilities in Louisiana and Illinois to the joint venture, and Chevron will invest $600 million. By the end of 2024, the combined capacity of Bunge's plants will roughly double.
