Uniper has decided to recognize a €987 million loan impairment loss for Nord Stream 2. The company also plans to resume the sale of its 83.7% stake in Russia's Unipro as soon as possible and is refusing any further investments or new contracts in Russia. Uniper will continue to fulfill its existing contracts.
