Colfax will split into two companies on April 4, 2022

Colfax's board of directors has set April 4, 2022 as the date of the split into two independent publicly traded companies, Enovis and ESAB. Including the simultaneous 3-to-1 reverse split, Colfax shareholders as of March 22 will receive 1 ESAB share for every 3 of their securities. Colfax will also change its name to Enovis Corporation and the stock ticker will change to ENOV.
