Resideo Technologies has completed the acquisition of fire safety solutions provider First Alert for $593 million. The company offers a wide range of fire detection and extinguishing devices, including smoke detectors, CO detectors, combination detectors, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers and other firefighting equipment.
