Stanley Black & Decker sells automatic door segment

Stanley Black & Decker is selling its Access Technologies automatic door business to Allegion. The deal will be valued at $900 million. Segment revenue in 2021 was about $340 million. The company plans to complete the sale on April 28, 2022.
