Severstal Company withdrew from the joint venture with the German Linde, which is engaged in the production of spiral heat exchangers for natural gas liquefaction. The joint venture was renamed from Linde Severstal LLC to Severnye Tekhnologii LLC, and Ruskhimalliance LLC, which is owned by Gazprom and Rusgazdobycha, became the owner of 50% of the enterprise instead of Severstal.
