Shopify plans to buy e-commerce platform Deliverr for $2.3-2.7 billion, sources told Insider. The deal is expected to take place in the next two weeks. Deliverr allows relatively small sellers to leverage a nationwide warehouse network and facilitate faster delivery of goods. It serves marketplace sellers on platforms such as Walmart, eBay, Google Shopping and Shopify.
