Cherkizovo Agro Holding acquired Sibylla Rus LLC from Finnish Atria. The company sells ready-made solutions for the production and sale of fast food products under the Sibylla brand. The deal included contracts for the supply of products, equipment and recipes to 4,400 fast food outlets in Russia and the CIS. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
